, i hope you don't mind i sat down. i don't mean i am tired, everyone is tired, but the city, new orleans, feels like it got the wind kicked out of it if you are a 49er fan. we are at the cafe, the coffee is a necessity so that needed to happen. the bengneits look delicious but there is no joy. fans last night at the superdome having a good time, super decked out for the game, with so much hope going into the game and so much love and support for the 49ers. it was a great game and that is the sentiment from fans we talked with. >> it was a good game. it started off rough and they started to catch up and it was so close. >> did you thing they had it in. >> yes, i think they did. we thought they did. >> did they blow it? >> no. >> the superdome blew a fuse, so to speak and they say it was something to do with the system that caused the power outage but the lights are on here at the cafe and there are raven fans. i talked with them. they admit it was a great game and the 49ers made them very nervous but they are deleader rouse because they have not gone home yet this morning. live in

across the city. >> the growth happened with out some of the permits from the city today was the first deadline to remedy that. >> the clock is ticking down for lanld use. the art school is in 41 different buildings but has yet to complete an environmental impact report. san francisco planning commission gave the school deadlines which if not met would result in fines totalling $26,000. the school tripled in size from 6800 students to 18,000 in 2011. it has student housing spread across 12 different neighborhoods. the school met one deadline on thursday and expected to meet another today. one bench mark is appointing an academy representative with authority to deal with code violations. the university faces $6500 in fines per day if deadlines are not met. >> san francisco super county is cutting jobwliç, planning to cut up to two dozen positions in the south san francisco and san mateo branches. cuts are going to happen as early as july. the county says the budget has been slashed. >> another sunny day. and warmer as deal. >> djs used to say the hits just keep on coming. it was a stun

-aged girl that she's in fact a missing young girl from sassoon city reported just yesterday. reporting missing by her guardin or parents. she did not return from school. police say they have now made a connection that that missing girl is the girl whose body was found here this morning. police say a passerby flagged down a patrol officer at 6:45 in the morning to point out the body of a teen-aged girl apparently dumped in the middle of a parking lot. >> we haven't been able to identify her as anyonelett. could within her teens, from 19 down to 12. >> rick says his friend found the body. >> yes. he found her and said she was tell she was not alive. >> investigators say sl tl was no identification. police would not confirm accounts the body was nude. jack davie says he saw a sus spishus car in the park at 5:00 in the morning. >> i drive by and see a car parked in the parking lot here, there was a large man standing in front of it just standing there. and it just looked... odd to me. >> not far from the crime scene tape this mother was at the park with her children. >> i live around the c
